Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Austin, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
