Fernwood Bridge Foods Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
