Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

Nova Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
