Lumen Oak Health is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
