Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Austin. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
