Harborlight Junction Financial serves customers across Austin with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
