Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Mill Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
