Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Anchorage producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
