Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
