Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
