Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
