Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
