Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
