Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
