Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
