Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Seattle caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
