Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
