Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
