Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Diego, CA)

Nova Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Diego, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
