Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
