Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Diego, CA)

Nova Quarry Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
