Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Amber Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
