Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
