Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Vista Community Partners is a Richmond charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
