Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

Summit Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Reno serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
