Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Silverline Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
