Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Property Management Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
