Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Pike Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
