Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
