Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Foxglove Vista Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
