Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
