Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Phoenix, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
