Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
