Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Rivermark Fox Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
