Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Ironwood Junction Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in San Antonio, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
