Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
