Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
