Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Property Management and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
