Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rook Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
