Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management Group is a Cleveland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
