Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
