Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group Associates operates schools and learning programmes around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
