Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
