Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bright Willow Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
