Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Redstone Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 357 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
