Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bright Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 337 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
