Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
