Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Stonegate Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tulsa area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
