Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
