Senior Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
